Great to dine out with some of the Weave-ICCT Team and volunteers yesterday in Manchester.

Well done and thank you to Zoe, Emmanuel, Emeka, Eva, Tammy, Osas, Samuel. We missed Dawn and Jide and many others who are not in Manchester.

Many leaders recognise the need to engage with culture, race, and difference, yet feel unsure where to begin. The fear of saying the wrong thing, creating tension, or being misunderstood often leads to silence and missed opportunities for growth.
