Many leaders recognise the need to engage with culture, race, and difference, yet feel unsure where to begin. The fear of saying the wrong thing, creating tension, or being misunderstood often leads to silence and missed opportunities for growth.
How are you navigating this tension in your own leadership, and what is one step you can take to begin or move forward with these conversations?
