Dr Usha Reifsnider
Usha is a second generation migrant, first generation British Gujarati Christ follower, wife and mother. Since 1988 she serves in cross cultural mission mostly with refugees and migrants, including 10 years in the Middle East. Usha’s PhD is located in the intersections of cultural anthropology, theology and missiology.
Usha is an international cultural consultant, researcherand speaker with focus on diaspora, migration and gospel engagement. She serves as, regional co-director of Lausanne Europe, a senior faculty member at Christ Theological College, and a director at Centre for Missionaries from the Majority World. Usha has published articles and chapters on diaspora, cross cultural mission and Christian conversion from Hinduism. Usha’srecent published work is Unmuted: Speaking to be heard.(2025). She is also a co editor of Polyphonic God: Exploring Intercultural Theology, Churches and Justice (2025)
